I am excited to share the news that Rejuvenate Sussex will be heading to Mallorca in 2018 to support and treat some of the Ironmen and women who are competing.
It's so important to have pre event massages which help to prevent injuries and warm the muscles up ready for the event. The post massages helps to clear the build up of lactic acid, get oxygen to the sore muscles which enables faster recovery.
